Cruisin' & Groovin' featuring The Attractions is set for 6 p.m. Friday, July 28. Streets close at 3 p.m. Classic cars will be parked along Main and Grayson streets. Music featuring popular beach band, The Attractions, starts at 6 p.m. For more information, call (276) 235-9399. Beer, soda, and water will be available for purchase. The 5th annual Rhythm, Brews and Vine Fest will be held noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, 2017. Join us on Grayson Street in downtown Galax for the perfect blend of live music and craft beer. Fall is almost here. The leaves will be turning colors soon and we are excited to welcome visitors to view the beauty that surrounds us. This year we would like to “spruce up” the downtown area with some new “residents”. The Downtown Association would like to see Galax come alive with scarecrows of all descriptions.
